L’Auberge Bretonne is in the hands of the youngest son , Didier Soret , he took over the business three years ago and has been in the hands of the Soret family since 1965 . Not much has changed , the traditional French cuisine, the unique classical interiors and magnificent wine cellar where you can choose from over 600 wines , are still authentic.
